Shipping Information

All Shipping is sent via DPD, on dispatch you will receive a tracking number via email to track and trace your item.

Delivery is typically 5-10 working days from date of order also allow 2 working days for processing of the order.

During peak periods times can be longer i.e. xmas, Cyber weekend etc.

Postage costs are as follows:

If you are not charged the correct postage at checkout your item will not ship until the difference is paid. 

 

£6.95                     U.K. (this is UK Mainland only and excludes Highlands, Islands and remote areas of Scotland)

 

£ 14.95                  Highlands and Ireland (northern and southern)

 

£24.95                   Channel Islands and Isle of Man and other offshore Islands (Shetland etc)

 

£24.95                   Europe

 

All items are shipped via DPD  We only charge you a proportion of the cost we subsidise the rest.

DPD make the rules with regards to highlands , islands etc and what may not be deemed highlands by one courier may be deemed highlands by DPD

If you are not able to receive you package on the 3rd time of attempting delivery , the package is automatically sent back to us at our cost. If this happens you are responsible for paying for your delivery again.
